December 2020 - The Beals discover Springville, CA
February 11, 2021 - The Beals purchase property at 36538 CA Highway 190 in Springville
March 3, 2021 - Well drilled by CTL, with a rate of 90 gallons per minute
March 13, 2021 - Dirt pad prepared by Springville local, Joseph Lindvall
April 30, 2021 - Plans drawn up by Mark Hillman to build the first permittable structure on property
June 6, 2021 - Kenny Beal builds a shed on property
June 26, 2021 - Held our first benefit online. $15,000 was raised for the construction of the first building
December 4, 2021 - Held our first event for Constellation Farms’ VIP Stars, a Holiday Party
March 4, 2022 - Foundation poured for our first permittable structure
March 21, 2022 - Received out 501C3 letter of determination from the IRS
May 24, 2022 - Heidi’s Facebook Birthday fundraiser raises $2,310
August 2022 - Purchased and began renovations on “The Clubhouse” property at 3601 CA Highway 190 in Springville, CA
